Beef Fried Rice

Beef fried rice is a popular Chinese dish made by stir-frying cooked rice with thinly sliced or diced beef, vegetables, and seasonings. The beef is typically marinated to enhance its flavor and tenderness, and common vegetables include peas, carrots, bell peppers, and onions. The dish is seasoned with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sometimes sesame oil, creating a savory and aromatic meal. Often, scrambled eggs are added to the mix, providing additional texture and richness. Beef fried rice is known for its balance of flavors and can be enjoyed as a main course or a side dish.

2 table spoon soy sauce
1/2 table spoon of sugar
1 table spoon of corn oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 lbs of ground beef
1 medium carrot chopped
1 celery rib chopped
1 chopped scallion
1 table spoon fresh minced ginger
1 clove minced garlic
2 cups cooked cold rice

Put eggs into a bowl and set aside. Mix ground beef and the rest of ingredients and put to same pan saute for couple minutes over medium heat. Stir often to break up meat, until browned. Stir in ginger and garlic and cook for one more minute. Discard excess fat. Increase heat to high and add rice. Stir-fry about 1 minute, until heated through.
